We went all out with this cookie- the best 70% belgium chocolate, toasted hazelnuts, sourdough culture and we make the cookie dough at least 3 days before baking to develop it’s amazing flavour. Plus we made this THICC so it doesn’t finish to quickly ;). Don’t miss out on Malta’s coolest bakery star cookie. Oooh and we should mention this cookie just happens to be vegan.
